03What can the crew configure during the trial?
The team can configure vessel details, conditions, kiosk languages, the scanner, badge layout, printer routing, operator access, and expected arrivals, then run end-to-end test arrivals before the first charge.
04Does Deckpass require one specific badge printer?
No. Deckpass supports different printer profiles and local printer queues. The Brother QL-570 is a recommended, proven option, but it is not mandatory. The final choice depends on the vessel computer, badge stock, and operating setup.
05Can the subscription be cancelled without contacting Deckpass?
