Pricing FAQ

Clear terms before you start.

The commercial model is deliberately straightforward. These are the questions vessel and management teams most often need answered before checkout.

01When does Deckpass billing begin?

A payment method is collected in Stripe Checkout when you start. Billing begins automatically after the 7-day setup trial unless you cancel the subscription first.

02What is included in the €79 vessel plan?

The vessel plan includes one workspace, the multilingual arrival kiosk, expected-arrivals import, visitor and crew records, photo badge printing, live onboard operations, oversight, exports, and remote setup assistance.

03What can the crew configure during the trial?

The team can configure vessel details, conditions, kiosk languages, the scanner, badge layout, printer routing, operator access, and expected arrivals, then run end-to-end test arrivals before the first charge.

04Does Deckpass require one specific badge printer?

No. Deckpass supports different printer profiles and local printer queues. The Brother QL-570 is a recommended, proven option, but it is not mandatory. The final choice depends on the vessel computer, badge stock, and operating setup.

05Can the subscription be cancelled without contacting Deckpass?

Yes. Customers can manage payment details and cancel through the Stripe billing portal in the Deckpass account area.

06What if we operate several vessels?

Management companies, family offices, and fleets can use a guided multi-vessel rollout from €149 per month. Deckpass will map the workspace and onboarding structure with the management team before activation.
